Villa Aroma’s second farm, located near La Plata in Huila, represents a continuation of the passion and dedication that began in Cauca. Established and managed by local farmers with deep roots in the region, this farm embodies a commitment to excellence and sustainability. With its high-altitude location and nutrient-rich soils, the Huila farm is perfectly suited for cultivating the Geisha variety, known for its elegance and complexity.

This Geisha Natural undergoes a meticulous process to bring out its vibrant and fruity flavour profile. The cherries are handpicked at the peak of ripeness, ensuring only the best are selected. Instead of pulping and washing, the natural process allows the cherries to dry whole under the sun, absorbing sweetness from their fruit and enhancing their tropical and berry-like notes.

The natural processing method used at the Villa Aroma Huila farm not only enhances the coffee’s depth and body but also highlights the unique terroir of the region. The farm is managed with the same care and attention as its sister farm in Cauca, supported by the Colombian Coffee Federation to ensure adherence to specialty coffee standards.

Cristian Campo Figueroa’s vision for Villa Aroma has expanded into Huila, with this farm producing exceptional coffee that reflects the heritage and hard work of the local farming community. This Geisha Natural offers a unique and unforgettable cup, showcasing the region’s rich potential and the farmers' expertise.
