Finca El Duranzo is located in the La Mora department in the El Paraíso region of southern Honduras. It is nestled at 1000 to 1500 meters above sea level in the perfect microclimate of temperature and rainfall. They produce a very small 150 bags of coffee each year but it is mostly exceptional quality, in 2001 they were growing 100% commercial grade coffee and they have acheived 100% specialty grade coffee in a relatively short time.
